    This hotel offers an astonishing ambiance with excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor breakfast despite the rain, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is a real gem, with numerous attractions within walking distance. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us.

    Good location, nice room, nice staff, good breakfast included.

    Exercise facility ok but not great, the door to the bathroom in the room is see through stained glass without much privacy.

    The spa suite was very nice, and the all the staff was so very kind and helpful, as I did not speak spanish...They helped me with all my requests. Great Stay...Thank you

    I had a business meeting at the hotel while staying in Medellin for a week and decided to stay the hotel my last day. Great staff! Had an early flight next morning so was up at 3:45am and went down to the restaurant and they fixed me a great breakfast. It also is very close to my favorite restaurant Carmens in Medellin.

    great location,, but the amenities need improvement

    The room offered a comfortable bed with nice linens, made for a pleasant sleep. The breakfast options were tasty and well-prepared.

    The amenities felt limited compared to my expectations.
